个人简介

姜秉寅副教授长期围绕功能高分子与无机材料复合体系开展研究。海外攻读博士期间,设计合成多种金属配位、刺激响应等功能性小分子单体,以多种活性聚合方式制备金属有机嵌段聚合物并深入研究其自组装特性。首次在聚合物热分解温度下(120ºC)实现金属钴颗粒在嵌段聚合物微区内的原位热生成,在此基础上构建了规整纳米结构的磁性薄膜和高强度水凝胶材料。

归国后首先就职于中科院化学所,开展功能Janus材料的研发工作。利用金属配体与高分子链之间的电荷相互作用,实现高分子单链在较高浓度下(30mg/mL)的分子内交联,合成了一系列新颖结构的磁性单链Janus纳米颗粒,开发单链Janus颗粒在高效界面催化、药物精准递送等方面应用。

2019年加入首医后,结合功能高分子材料合成与自组装研究基础,构建具有新型仿生结构、能通过外场精准操控的复合型纳米药物载体,以期突破EPR效应局限,穿越生理屏障定向给药。

截至目前,在J. Am. Soc. Chem、Macromolecules、ACS Macro letters等高水平期刊上发表论文20余篇,研究成果受到同行专家高度评价。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项(已结题)、面上基金一项(在研)。获得2020年度北京市高层次留学人才回国资助。
